What the package covers
The same as hourly work: a consultation, tracking down the cause of an error, a small change, configuration. The hours go to the tasks you set.
What is needed from you
A list of tasks — even a rough one — and access to the database or a copy of it.
How the package differs from single hours
An hour in the package costs less than a single hour, but the package is valid for 30 days. Up to 25% of its hours can be carried over for one more month, and any other unused hours expire. If there is only one small task, a package is not needed — one hour is enough.
