What the hour covers
Any of the above: a consultation, tracking down the cause of an error, a small change, configuration. Which of them is decided on the spot, by the state of the task.
What is needed from you
Access to the database and a description of the situation. If it is not yet clear what exactly is needed, that is fine — that is where we start.
When a narrower option is better
If the task is already defined — an integration, a module, support — take that item instead; its description is more specific.
